Trimsound presents it’s sixth release from in-house artist Leif, with a special remix from minimal master Pheek.
Leif has been busy recently with releases/remixes on labels such as Moon Harbour, Morris Audio, Frankie, Logistic, Floppy Funk and Fear of Flying..often working together with label partner Tom Ellis. Our Canadian friend Pheek has established himself as one of the genre’s most innovative artists with his work on Archipel, Epsonilab, Thinner, Kalimari and Minus!
Customer Services EP embraces a variety of styles, the title track is pure chunky tech funk, and “Kindling” provides us with some dry melodic crispy micro house. Pheek throws in a beatiful extra phat techy remix of Customer Services and finally “Mining for Opal” explores Leif’s deep dubby style, in a similar vein to his outgoings on Textone and Archipel.
